Registration and access to the general meeting is restricted to employees of Infrachain member companies and organisations. Participants must use their professional email address to register.
The Board of Directors would like to kindly bring to your attention that Infrachain a.s.b.l. member companies shall ensure that the representative who will attend this general meeting is duly authorized and empowered to vote, speak, and more generally act on their behalf during this General Meeting.
As such, if you are not the official representative with Infrachain, we need you, or any other representative of your company or institution attending this meeting to provide the Board of Directors with a duly executed copy of the Power of Attorney attached hereto on the day of the meeting.
